Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 Coffee Mug (duh!)
4 tbsp flour (non-self rising)
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
1 splash vanilla

Directions:

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla and mix again.

Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, so don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired.
